1799 Middle Haddam Public Library, Middle Haddam
Located in a National Register District, the project included replacement of the gambrel roof and historic window restoration. This project was partially funded by a Capital Improvement Grant from the Commission on Culture and Tourism Historic Preservation and Museum Division. Status: under construction.
Early 19th century Seymour United Methodist Church, Seymour
Restoration of the severely damaged sanctuary. Scope included structural analysis and repair of the entire roof truss system, strengthening of stained glass window walls, complete interior restoration including pews, altar, pressed metal ceilings and stained glass windows. Status: completed 2008.
