Architectural Components Inc. specializes in crafting fine reproduction and custom wood windos, doors, doorways and architectural millwork. With more than 30 years of experience we have completed hundreds of residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout the Northeast and mid-Adlantic. Blending traditional details and joinery with modern technology, our 18th, 19th, and early 20th century windows, doors and doorways can be made using energy efficient insulated glass in true divided lights.
We have completed hundreds of projects over our 39 years including the Henry David Thoreau house, Historic Deerfield, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Yale University, Harvard University, Pomfret School, Middlebury College, Salem Cross Inn and many more.
We believe the craftsmanship, creativity, knowledge of period buildings, and a passion for historic authenticity that we offer are a reflection of the people who work at Architectural Components Inc. Restoring and reproducing buildings of the past is about our future and the historical preservation of our cultural past for those to come.
