Demolition Delay

Towns and Local Historical Commissions can submit information about buildings subject to demolition by sending the following information to Jordan at jsorensen@cttrust.org:

  • Location of building proposed for demolition (Street, Town)
  • Date demolition delay was imposed
  • Date demolition delay will expire
  • Brief description of building (date of construction, style, square footage, history)
  • Photograph of the building, if possible (as digital file)
