The Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation Real Estate School Presents:
Selling Historic Houses

This six hour Continuing Education course for CEU credit meets the minimum requirements set forth by the Department of Consumer Protection.
Real estate agents who have successfully completed the six-hour course:
- Receive a CEU Certificate of Completion from the Connecticut Trust
- Are listed on a special section of www.cttrust.org, along with their towns and agencies, as a resource for homeowners
- Receive a special membership card
Lecturer: Rachel Carley, acclaimed author of Building Greenwich: Architecture and Design,
1640 to the Present and The Visual Dictionary of American Domestic Architecture
Send an email to realestate@cttrust.org with an example of an historic property that you have either had success or problems selling. An example of a problem property may be "Greek revival with asbestos siding; what can you do to market it?" During the afternoon session, you will have an opportunity to not only share your successes, but learn how to turn those failures into sales!
