Cultural Resources Diversity Internship Program, Summer 2008
The Cultural Resources Diversity Internship Program is now accepting
student applications for Summer 2008!
CRDIP will sponsor 16 paid internships from June 2 to Aug. 8, 2008. This
includes a 3-Day Career Workshop in Washington, D.C. from Aug. 6 to 8th.

Intern Benefits include:
$225 per week stipend
Housing Costs (up to $800/month)
Basic Health Insurance
$100 Uniform Allowance
Travel Expenses (up to $630)
$1,000 Americorp Education Grant
3-Day Career Workshop in Washington, DC
All student applications are processed through the Student Conservation
Association (SCA), deadline March 15, 2008. Students may apply online at
the SCA website (www.thesca.org) or contact the SCA diversity program

To apply directly, students must submit the following information by March
15, 2008:
A resume or a curriculum vita (1-2 pages) that includes: education
information; previous and current experience; publications or
presentations; awards, scholarships, honors, etc.; and 2-3 personal
references.
A cover letter that includes a brief statement, 100 words or less, of
why you want the internship and why you are qualified.
A recent academic transcript. An unofficial one is acceptable.
At least one letter of reference from a professor or previous
supervisor/employer.
