This regulation allows the State Historic Preservation Office to review state sponsored undertakings, including construction projects and restoration plans and evaluate them for their impact on historic, architectural or archaeological resources or its setting. The Commission works closely with other state agencies to provide technical assistance on proposals, which may disrupt or alter Connecticut's Cultural Heritage.
