This saw milled post and beam & pegged mortise and tenon c1880 bank barn has been renovated a number of times. Although it still has most of original framework, subsequent renovations have left this barn with later flooring and an additional level. The barn is offered for $1.00, if removed from the property. Potential buyers must demonstrate the ability to remove the barn from the site and reconstruct it on their own lot.
