HPX July/August 2008 Jonathan Wilcox House, 370 Boston Post Road, Madison
This 1770 Saltbox sits directly on the 14th
fairway of the Madison Country Club. The building has been vacant for over 4
years and has a leaky roof. The house has recently been put on the market and
the fear is the cost of renovations will outweigh the character of the building
in favor of a demolition for a McMansion.
