Be a part of Preservation Connecticut's effort to help communities in need.

Located within the East Bridgeport National Historic District, Washington Park and its surrounding Victorian neighborhood is one of the most architecturally intact and culturally diverse in the state. However, the area faces high levels of poverty and ranks among the lowest in Bridgeport for quality of life and the highest for crime. Local churches are left to provide vital resources. But these church buildings need emergency repair and restoration to continue their work serving the community.
